Safety training for girls

The aim of this workshop is to increase safety for girls in situations involving harassment and boundary violations—areas where girls are still at a heightened risk today. Through strategies and practical exercises addressing verbal and physical harassment and assaults, we work to empower participants to respond effectively.

Over the course of three days, the focus will be on RECOGNIZING risky situations and learned behavioral patterns, DECIDING to defend oneself by all available means, and DEVELOPING and practicing new behavioral patterns, including physical and verbal techniques as well as strategies for different situations.
