Die Körperschaft ist nach§ 5 Abs.1 Nr.9 KStG von der Körperschaftssteuer nach §3Nr.6 GewSTG von der Geqwerbesteuer befreit, weil sie ausschließlich und unmittelbar steuerbegünstigten gemeinnützigen Zwecken im Sinne der§§ 51ff. AD dient.

The corporation is exempt from the corporation tax according to §5 Abs.1 Nr.9 KstG from the corporation tax according to §3 Nr.6 GewSTG because it exclusively and directly serves tax-privileged charitable purposes within the meaning of §§ 51ff. AD.
